SAVOUR AUTHENTIC TURKISH FOOD AT SU-CASA

Barring hummus, Turkish delights are hard to find in Mumbai. If you like us love Turkish food, you'll celebrate at the very thought of a Turkish food festival. If you happen to have no plans this weekend or  are up for food exploring, we suggest you drop into Su-Casa in Bandra where Rotir, the Turkish and rotisserie kitchen, is hosting 'The Turkish Street Food Festival' .

WHAT TO EXPECT

The pop-up will see a concise menu including Mezze, Insalata and Barbecue delights.

Vegetarians can enjoy:  Vegetarians can pick from Hummus, Muhammara (A delicious, subtly sweet and flavour-packed roasted red-pepper dip with walnuts), Acili Ezme Salad (tomatoes, onions, cucumbers and bell peppers seasoned with lime), Tawouk Shish (shish with pilaff rice and vegetables), Turlu (assorted vegetables finished in a pan served with Turkish pide) and more.

Non-Vegetarians can enjoy: Non-Vegetarians can savour Tawouk Kebab (grilled minced chicken served on a bread on lavash), Kofte (lamb meat balls in Iskinder sauce served with pilaff rice and vegetables), chicken wings and more.
